Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note: During high-demand periods (holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to customers in the United States and selected international regions.

Estimated delivery times:

• 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days

• 🌎 International orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Customs & Import Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. CoreVive is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
