At CoreVive, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please contact our support team at info@corevivehealth.com before sending any returns. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address based on your order.

⚠️ Please note:
Because we ship directly from our fulfillment partners (Zendrop), we do not accept returns sent without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Used massage devices or braces

  • Opened health or recovery-related accessories

  • Gift cards

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@corevivehealth.com.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at info@corevivehealth.com with proof of damage.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item (unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part).
If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
